Marilu and Jennifer

Marilu Henner, a woman who has the spirit and knowledge of an adolescent combined with the sage's knowledge is a shining example of the modern woman who can be all things to all people. She's an actor writer, health practitioner and author. Her talk shows host as well as produces the show. So it's not surprising that she has earned the nickname Perpetual Motion. Marilu's approach to health is apparent throughout her life. She believes that health can make you do everything. But it wasn't always this kind of way. In her teens, she was a yo-yo dieter seeing her weight rise upwards. She always felt sick, and she ate emotionally. As she reached her 50's, and both of her parents had lost their lives-her mother to complications with arthritis and father after an untimely heart attack, she realized that she needed control over her own life. This wasn't about losing weight but about health and finding a way to live that maximized the way our bodies were designed to work.
