Shannon Spake

Shannon Spake (born July 23 26th, 1976) is a NASCAR correspondent and college basketball reporter at Fox Sports. Previously, she worked for ESPN who allowed her to contribute to SportsCenter for pre- and post-game updates. She she also served as a sideline reporter for SEC in ESPN basketball games as well as college football matches. Spake also was a part of the recently created SEC Network, which is part of ESPN. Spake has previously worked at Speed Channel. There, she was host of NASCAR Nation (June through November 2005) in addition to serving as an anchor. Back Seat Drivers was also hosted by Spake as well as Marty Smith. Previous jobs on air included WCCB (Charlotte, North Carolina) as well as Carolina Sports and Entertainment Television.
